- Refund policy: Tickets can be transferred to another member of your team or business. Tickets will be refunded 2 months prior to the event date, minus an admin fee of $50, and 50% refund 1 month prior. No refunds will be given four weeks prior to the event.

- Your attendance gives Social Summit NZ the right to use any photos or video footage from the event in publications and promotions or for commercial use.
